![]() ![]() Updated info: Client versions 2.0.48 Beta (April 26 2022) and newer now include a 'check for updates' button found in the menu revealed by using the cogwheel icon. It would be nice if the client had a manual 'check for updates' button somewhere, but I assume that it automatically just checks for updates everytime you start it. This might make me think my version is 2.0.38, but I think actually it's just that in July 2021 they released 2.0.38 but haven't added any more recent news items, including announcements of new versions that came out since then. Confusingly, the most recent item I see there today is from July 2021 and is titled 'Welcome to update 2.0.38'. There's also a 'What's new' item in the gear menu which allows you to iterate through a list of recent news. ![]() The latest change there says "2.0.45 Hotfix (December 21, 2021)" That doesn't EXACTLY match what I'm running, but it's pretty darn close. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time. Your system configuration may be incorrect. The crash took place in a Microsoft module. I can see what the latest version of the client is by selecting 'Changelog' from the gear menu. Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed. If you're running a different version then things might be different for you, but hopefully not too different. I can see that listed in slightly grey text at the lower left corner of the Settings window (reached by clicking the gear icon in upper left of the main client dialog and choosing Settings). I'm apparently running version 2.0.45.61 - Beta of the Gog Galaxy Client. ![]() Maybe this is better documented elsewhere, but if so, I haven't run across it yet. ![]()
